Hours & Contact Information
Information Center hours are by appointment only. Appointments are available
Monday through Friday 10 a.m.until 4 p.m. To request
an appointment, please contact us at 650.566.5100 or email infocenter@carnegiefoundation.org.
Access
- Upon presentation of a valid
Stanford picture I.D., access to the Information Center
is available to Stanford faculty, registered students, and staff. Access to the CFAT archives are reserved for Stanford
faculty and registered graduate students.
- Materials from the general
collection may be checked out, but serials and archival materials must be
viewed in the Information
Center.
- The Carnegie Foundation
reserves the right to revoke the access privileges of any individual.
Circulation
Borrowing Policies
- Borrowers must present a
valid Stanford photo I.D. and fill out a Borrower's Registration Form at
the Carnegie
Information Center to check out library
materials.
- Borrowers are responsible for
picking up and returning materials to the Carnegie Information
Center.
Loan Periods & Renewals
- Carnegie loan periods are 28
days.
- Materials may be renewed once
for an additional 28 days.
- Materials may be recalled at
any point and must be returned within 7 days of recall.
Notices
- Overdue and recall notices
will be sent via email and may be followed up with a phone call.
- It is the responsibility of
the borrower to update his/her contact information with the Carnegie Information Center
staff.
- The borrower is responsible
for replacement costs which include a $25 processing fee and the cost of
purchasing a new copy of the item, if materals
are lost or damaged.
